Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or experiences issues caused during shipping, Zyverrav will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Returned items must remain unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
